We assume responsibility of providing the architectural/engineering designs for the project, in addition to project management and construction. We believe this method delivers an optimal solution incorporating value engineering while streamlining the building process.

With VPM as your construction manager, we represent your interests as the building owner, managing and coordinating all on site activity throughout the construction process. We ensure schedules are met and that all parties are working cooperatively toward the project goals. We also oversee materials and equipment needs and approve builder and subcontractor invoices.
As Project Manager VPM assists the client/owner in selecting and hiring a design team, while also handling all of the duties of a construction manager. This is similar to a design-build project, except that responsibility for design is assigned to a third party.
Traditional Design-Bid-Build Method
This method typically involves competitive bidding by general contractors, resulting in a lump sum contract based on complete specifications and drawings that have been prepared by a separate architectural or engineering firm. The client/owner has separate contracts with the architect and the contractor.
